Positive: The manager Victor is a real nice person. Very helpful and easy to deal with. I give him a score of 10. Negative: Horrible stay. Loud, hot, tiny. Loud due to traffic and ongoing construction in the area. Hot, as only the bedroom has aircon. The living area is very hot. Balcony tiny and no shade. Door does not open all the way due to the aircon extractor. Cheap cutlery and kitchen utensils. Only 2 big towels and 1 small towel and 1 bath mat. 3 coffee pods, 1 rubbish bag... The whole building is a fail constrction. Roller door faulty. From the 80 units maybe 10% are so far occupied. Most of them are airbnb. We did not hear any internal noise as the building is still quite empty. The 1 BR units should have been better sold as studios. I feel sorry for the owners as this is not going to be good in the future. There are common areas spaces with nothing. No furniture, nothing. No swimming pool.It is like being trapped. We had to cancel the rest of our stay as it turned out to be unbearable. We spent 8 nights and counting each minute till we left.
